Dutch for Starters! organizes Dutch lessons for English parents with kids at primary school. All English speaking parents in and around Utrecht can join the course! The course lasts 12 weeks and two certified teachers in Dutch will teach you the ins and outs of the Dutch language. There are courses in the evening and during daytime. In this course you will be practicing with speaking, listening, reading and writing in activating and interactive ways. For example: how do you have a conversation with the teacher of your child and which words would you use during a visit to the general practitioner.

Dutch for Starters! verzorgt lessen Nederlands voor Engelstalige ouders met kinderen op de basisschool. Alle Engelstalige ouders in Utrecht en omgeving kunnen meedoen! De cursus duurt 12 weken en wordt gegeven door twee gecertificeerde docenten Nederlands als tweede taal (NT2). Er worden cursussen overdag en in de avond gegeven. We focussen vooral op de praktische kant van de Nederlandse taal. In onze cursus wordt veel geoefend met spreken, luisteren, lezen en schrijven op een activerende en interactieve manier. Hoe voer je bijvoorbeeld een gesprek met de juf of meester van je kind en welke woorden gebruik je bij een bezoek aan de huisarts?

A0 - A1 starts online 24th of september (from 19.30 - 21.30 hours) (No classes in herfstvakantie)

A1 - A2 Starts online 22th of september (from 19.30 - 21.30 hours) (No classes in herfstvakantie)
